Dreamy Top of the World and Crystal Cove Laguna Beach OC Engagement Session

I met Yuriy and Ashley for their engagement session at the Top of the World hiking trail in Laguna Beach, California for our first location. It couldn’t have been a more beautiful mountaintop location with striking views of the salty Pacific Ocean glistening in the background. These two have a chemistry that is so infectious. The joy and inside jokes they share were so fun to see in front of my camera. They never take themselves too seriously, and it was especially fun to see them playfully throw each other around in the ocean water. I don’t know if you could have a better session in terms of locations. Laguna Beach is perfect for that, because you can achieve mountaintop images yet drive just a short jaunt down the mountain and photograph a second and third outfit at one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California. When Yuriy and Ashley shared with me they enjoy doing couples yoga together, of course I had to photograph them in a few poses at the beach. We ended the night taking a dip in the ocean together, which was equally playful yet intimate.
