Omaha Intimate Backyard Bohemian Wedding - Gedwillos - Omaha Nebraska Wedding Photographer

During this season, I am extra thankful and consider it an immense privilege to document a couple’s wedding day. No matter how big or small, each are so intimate and special. Faith and Sam originally had plans to elope in San Diego, but due to the state of our world right now, they changed their plans to host an intimate backyard wedding in Omaha with just their immediate families and Faith’s best friend. I spoke with the bride’s brother the day before Faith and Sam’s big day, and he gave a testimony of how Faith and Sam have endured this change with such strength and positivity. These characteristics will definitely carry into their marriage as they navigate the highs and lows of life. On their wedding day, I nearly felt like a fly on the wall. Being able to witness their commitment to Christ in their marriage brought tears to my eyes (and all the guests!). Faith and Sam radiate such LIGHT and JOY (you won’t be able to tell from their photos at all ;) ), and I loved all of the personality they added into their intimate wedding, from their personalized macarons to a taco bar hosted by Voodoo Taco! It was truly a beautiful day to witness.
