When modern meets bohemian style, you have Chad and Amanda’s lovely wedding at the Terrain Gardens in Devon Yard, Pennsylvania. This wedding was one HOT day in many ways, full of beautiful emotion and beautiful styling, and it was full of HEAT for a July wedding! We started the day getting ready at the Radnor Hotel with ladies from Capelli & Trucco doing hair and makeup. The bridesmaids watched wedding movies all morning, which I thought was such a fun touch! Amanda chose the most beautiful Rue de Seine from Lovely Bride and looked like a true bohemian beauty in it. Chad and Amanda then had their first look in the hotel’s gardens, with their friends and family watching from the balcony. I think all of their eyes were fresh with tears as they witnessed the beautiful moment, mine included! We all headed toward the Terrain for portraits and the ceremony! The littles walking down the aisle was also a favorite moment of mine! Throughout the day, it was so hot and humid with occasional spits of rain, we were nervous it was going to rain during the ceremony. Not even ten minutes after Chad and Amanda said “i do”, it down-poured in the courtyard where they just had their first kiss. The timing throughout the entire day was perfect. It is still wild to think these two met as strangers while sharing an Uber. And now they are married! What a wild and beautiful ride.
