I am thrilled to share Brook and Jen's wedding with all of you! All of the hard work that was put into their wedding is what makes it an absolutely beautiful day. The groom purchased the property where their wedding took place as a site for their future forever home outside of the city of Lincoln, Nebraska. He has placed a ton of work into making a pond where their family and friends can come enjoy, and will eventually build their home on the property.
Brook and Jen chose an earthy feel for the day and completed the vibe by choosing a bohemian live band for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Natalie from iBloom and Stacey with Ritz & Glitz Events transformed the space into a beautiful organic and earthy backyard celebration. Jen started out in a beautifully beaded Essence of Australia wedding dress, and finished the night in a relaxed long sleeve Leanne Marshall gown. They wed in front of the beautiful pond and held their outdoor reception on the same land. My favorite part of the day was the bride's son walking her down the aisle, when he gave an adorable speech as an eight year old, and the beautiful firework display to end the night per the Brook's request. These two love others so well and are some of the most caring people I know. Both the Brook and Jen wanted a relaxed feel to the day where their guests would genuinely enjoy an outdoor evening in the country, and they accomplished just that.

"When Brook and I started planning for our wedding, I was very adamant that our photographer was a top priority. The photographs captured during this special time, would be our memories we would have forever to look back on and our family after us will be able to enjoy. Finding Trin Jensen was a true blessing. I was always drawn to her photos. They seemed to keep popping up on all the popular wedding sites. They stood out from all the rest, being filled with romance and warmth. When you look at her photos you can feel every emotion as if you are there in the moment. They spoke to us. Trin was the first photographer I called and was sold the minute I got off the phone with her. She just has a way of connecting with people. Not only is she freakishly talented in her passion for photography, which is obvious by looking at her work, but she is has an honest compassion for all people and their happiness. She will go out of her way to make your dreams come true as was shown when she agreed to meet us in our favorite mountain town Crested Butte, CO to shoot our engagement pictures. This is a very special place where Brook and I spent our first vacation as a couple together and continue to go back and visit every year. She was able to capture this absolutely stunning view that we can enjoy forever! Trin was with us every step of the way and was up for adventure to make it perfect for us!
Leading up to the wedding, Trin was by my side every step of the way. She went above and beyond helping me make sure every detail was ready to go. She even helped plan our wedding itinerary which was not expected and so very helpful! The day of our wedding, was so hectic like most, but Trin had a way of reminding Brook and I to stop, take a breath, look around and to take in the moment. The day goes by so fast, so it’s important to be able to relax for a bit and enjoy it. Brook and I were completely floored at how beautiful our photos turned out! With the help of Trin, we are now able to live the day, live the feelings, all over again. She has an eye for capturing every little detail. Through her photos we are now able to enjoy this day for the rest of our lives and be able to hand them down to our children. Photographs of your wedding should not be considered an expense, but rather an investment. Trust me when I say, Trin Jensen was by far our favorite part of the wedding!
Even after our special moments with her came and went, Trin is one of those individuals that I will continue to follow through social media and always enjoy watching her blossom through her work and also in her personal life. Her servant passion to help others inspires me to want to be the best version of myself and is obvious she plays a huge positive impact on many others also. I absolutely love her and have told how I would love to “adopt” her as my exclusive photographer to capture my growing family for years to come. Outside of her work, she continues to be our friend. We love Trin Jensen! "
